Liability Waiver
By participating in yoga activities, whether in-person or online, I acknowledge the following:

I understand yoga involves physical movements, relaxation techniques, stress re-education, and muscular tension relief. As with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury, including serious or disabling injuries, which cannot be entirely eliminated. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume full responsibility for any and all damages that may occur during my participation.

I am aware that participating in an online yoga class is different from attending a class under the guidance of a teacher in person. I accept full responsibility for my online participation and ensure that my practice area is safe and suitable for the activities involved.

I acknowledge that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It may not be safe or recommended under certain medical conditions. By agreeing to this document, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in a fitness program such as yoga. I will inform the instructor of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the class via email. If I am pregnant, become pregnant, post-natal, or post-surgical, I confirm that I have obtained my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I am solely responsible for deciding whether to practice yoga and understand that participation is at my own risk.

I hereby release and waive any claims, both now and in the future, against Monica Karasek and Monica Karasek Yoga, Blue Elephant Yoga, and irrevocably agree to hold them harmless from any liability arising from my participation in yoga activities. I fully understand and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement, recognizing that it represents a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law in the State of Kentucky.
Please be aware that recording video, capturing photos, or audio recording of online classes is not permitted.
By continuing with the yoga activities, whether in-person or online, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Single Virtual Classes:
There is no fee for canceling a single virtual class before it starts.
Once the class has started, you will be charged, and no refunds will be available.
Subscription Cancellation:
You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time for the next billing cycle.
Please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next charge date to ensure proper processing.
Please note that canceling your subscription will prevent any future charges, but it will not provide a refund for the current billing cycle.

At Blue Elephant Yoga, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued members. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions or need assistance canceling a single virtual class or your subscription.
At Blue Elephant Yoga, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products to enhance your yoga practice and well-being. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return a product, please review our Return and Refund Policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Gift cards: Please note that Blue Elephant Yoga gift cards are non-returnable.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns or refunds for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Provide the details of your purchase, including the product name, purchase date, and reason for the return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Please securely package the product and include any accessories or promotional items that came with it.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
