Healthy Treats! What!
I have two delicious treats that just happen to be superfoods! The lighter ones taste like cookie dough and the darker one taste like pumpkin spice cookies. They are both no-bake and super quick. They are low carb and have clean ingredients. I have a couple for a treat or when I am on the go and they are definitely considered staying on track.
Almond Butter Cookie Treats Ingredients 1/2 cup all-natural almond butter 1/4 cup raw honey 2 1/4 scoops Vanilla Shakeology (Feel free to add raw almonds or mini semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips) Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Roll into perfectly imperfect balls. Store in the refrigerator.
Pumpkin Spice Cookie Treats Ingredients 1/2 TSP Pumpkin pie spice 1/4 TSP ground ginger 2 scoops Pumpkin Spice Shakeology 1/4 cup pumpkin purée (Feel free to add 1 cup of toasted chopped pecans and 10 Medjool dates, pits removed) Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. (If you using almonds and dates blend in a food processor) Roll into perfectly imperfect balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days. Also, if you would like to bake these treats, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. The treats will be hard on the outside and gooey in the middle.
