One hundred choices spanning over a hundred years of horror films (1920 to 2021)

What do you think of when you think of films for Halloween? There are so many subgenres to tackle during the Halloween season. Some examples of the subgenres of horror films include psychological horror, slasher, gore, body horror, found footage, monster horror, paranormal horror, and comedy horror.
This time of the year, I like to choose films to get me into the spirit of the holiday. There are so many diverse types of films that will set the mood. There is no better way to prepare for the spooky season! There are only 15 days left in October so you better get busy! On a side note, I did not include any sequels in this list and remakes follow originals.
